Is there a way for these questions/complaints to go into a queue,
and then prescreened volunteers can take items from the queue on
a time available basis. I can't commit to 2 hours/day, but would
like to contribute more consulting for the cause. I already randomly
select a joe-job victim from my spam logs every day to tell them about SPF.
