Yes, section 4.7 of Mark's draft contains an example of a valid domain name
which is an invalid host name:

v=spf1 +mx redirect=_spf.example.com

So why should following not be allowed?

v=spf1 +mx redirect=/spf.example.com


BTW. My latest SPF implementation (v1.9) supports Mark's syntax, Wayne's
syntax and the "%!" macro.
