Yes, but...
I think the level of organization that existed here 6-9 months ago was
fine. We have, unfortunately, had to ponder whether to change
"leaders", and that has created chaos.

a. Strong member-chosen decision making board (i.e. parliment system)
which takes imput from community but can make all the decisions OR
b. Loose leadership commitee with functions limited to facilitating
discussion and deciding on the consensus (i.e. IETF WG model)

a, but mostly because I don't think you will find more than 2-3 people
who will actually lead, and code, and write specs.
