I guess you are right here.

BTW, now AOL:

aol.com.                5M IN TXT       "spf2.0/pra
ip4:152.163.225.0/24 ip4:205.188.139.0/24 ip4:205.188.144.0/24
ip4:205.188.156.0/23 ip4:205.188.159.0/24 ip4:64.12.136.0/23
ip4:64.12.138.0/24 ptr:mx.aol.com ?all"

I find it a bit strange. Hotmail goes v=spf1 and AOL changes to
v=spf2.0/pra! Whats going on here?

and now paypal, publishing incorrect spf2.0 format?

paypal.com. 3374 IN TXT "v=spf1 mx a:outbound1.den.paypal.com a:outbound2.den.paypal.com a:smtp-outbound.nix.paypal.com include:c._spf.ebay.com include:s._spf.ebay.com include:m._spf.ebay.com include:p._spf.ebay.com ~all" paypal.com. 3374 IN TXT "v=spf2.0/pra mx a:outbound1.den.paypal.com a:outbound2.den.paypal.com a:smtp-outbound.nix.paypal.com include:c._sid.ebay.com include:s._sid.ebay.com include:m._sid.ebay.com include:p._sid.ebay.com ~all"
