Anyone notice anything?

As expected, Meng did not say he opposes SenderID or that its bad and the
only thing he did is as he asked us he put a link to OpenSPF statement to
indicate position of those at SPF community that oppose it.

Unfortunetly OpenSPF.org does not show who is behind it and who supports
the position shown on that page. I strongly recommend providing ability
for those who are interested to be able to "sign" that statement and have
their name added below it in the same way it was done here:
 http://www.whois.sc/verisign-dns/

I have written a CGI where people can submit their name, email address
(not to be displayed but for verification purposes should the need
arise), and their organizational affiliation (if applicable).

Add small comment field (but limit its size to say 100), otherwise people
will start using organization field for comments. And if its not too much
extra programming I think requirying reply (i.e. verification) for
signature to be fully accepted is good idea.

A good idea and you are probably quite right :-) I'll update it to
support as you have suggested supporting both the additional comments
field as well as the verification. I was planning on the verification
however I had planned to add it, and perform an offline verification
after the fact in order to validate those who replied in the window in
which that was the case.

I have put up some descriptive wording on the matter, if you care to add
to it, or subtract from it, or in any other way supplement something for
better wording please feel free to suggest and I will modify
appropriately.

Cheers,

James
