No. It is perfectly valid, albeit uncommon, for mail with MAIL FROM:<>
to end up going to more than one recipient.
Consider a rôle address such as 'sales(_at_)myvirtuallyhosteddomain(_dot_)com'
which gets forwarded to two real people elsewhere. You send mail from
that address, it bounces, it ends up being forwarded to two people.
