Yes, you are right. It is a fine line. I don't want to annoy them *too*
much. If they get one warning a month, it should be about right. The
interval should be long enough that they've forgotten about the previous
message until reminded (so that any feelings of anger have subsided), but soon
enough that it all comes back when they are reminded (so that they can
continue to fashion a solution that works for them in the back of their mind).
