The custhelp.com SPF record is beautiful, by Radu's standards.
Unfortunately,
Blockbuster doesn't seem to have a clue about forging the custhelp.com
domain on their email

Custhelp.com is an outsourced "customer service" outfit.
The critter that wrote the Blockbuster policy may not even
be aware that "customer service" has been outsourced.

or maybe the critter didn't know CUSTHELP.COM supports SPF

         "SPF? Whats that!?"

and even if he did, its a hit or miss that the final downlink is a ready SPF
receiver :-)

PS: Sony sucks! <g> I just had to throw away a 5 year old 36" $1500 Sony
TV because of a "factory" flawed picture tube with a $1000 repair cost - not
worth it! <g>
