But please don't give a bad score for NEUTRAL. It's supposed to be just
like no SPF at all.

Temporary have weird score system.
I REALLY need strong anti spam policy, 50 mail accounts in office and 69000
rejected spam
last month (3 or 4 false positive in last 6 months, all because of RBL,
clients were using
multyhop open proxy). So, spamassasin&SPF didn't had ANY false positive mail
(using SPF
6 months).
