Custhelp.com made that decision.  They support both SPF and SenderID (and
maybe even domain keys - I didn't check.)

Blockbuster didn't need to support any authentication at all - I wouldn't
care that much until some spammer starts forging their domain.
The BIG BIG NO NO is that blockbuster is FORGING custhelp.com on their
email without authorization.  That was a big no-no before SPF.  It's
just that now we have tools like SPF to detect it more easily.
