What are other corporations and institutions who use GroupWise doing
for this? There are 35 million people running GroupWise. If this
doesn't work with GroupWise, how is spf going to be effective?

Even if there was no way to configure your mta to listen on port 587
it is a matter of 5 minutes to write a proxy which accepts connections
on port 587 and forwards them to 25.

In a perfect world those ISPs who force your users to use their mail
servers should have implemented SRS to not break SPF.

btw. your MUA doesn't seem to reply to messages properly, there's no reply
header and all your email cannot be sorted in a thread properly.
