Yeah, I started sending 417's on this one and found that too many
postings from legitimate email lists were getting caught in it. So I've
fallen back on just kicking the FAILs and letting the SOFTFAILs go through.
FAIL Shred it now... don't open it.
PASS We'll vouch for it, but follow best practices anyway.
TempError Hold off and try again in a little while, something is broken
PermError Something is broken and it won't get better. You ought to
wonder about this one.
But are TempError and PermError SPF results, or are you instead
referring to 4xx and 5xx SMTP results?
