Ok, fine, change that to redirecting to
host-exists-but-no-spf-record.example.org.
But as a matter of principle, "redirect=" should always work as if the SPF
check started over. IMO, this is what the user expects.
Ok. I still think it is confusing to have example.org having an SPF
record, but when evaluated, it results in "None".
My reading of the spec leads me to believe that when the there is
no SPF record for the target of a redirect or include, the result
should be PermError.
