I am, however, quite willing to continue to sysadmin duties.

That's exactly how it was meant. I will happily take the initial lead for
designing the new website's structure.

| Requirements
| ------------

| The webmaster must be willing to conduct their work as a delegate of

I think that initially, we will need far more than 5h/wk due to the
huge backlog of things that have built up over the last 6+ months of
inattention. If you can't do the initial work, but can do the
longterm stuff, please still volunteer. Likewise, if you can help
with the initial work, but can't commit to the long term stuff, that
would be very useful also.

The webmaster isn't supposed to write everything on his own, but will work
with the community to produce and improve content. He mainly will have to
coordinate that work, perform quality assurance, and do the actual editing
of the website. Also, I deliberately said "on average" -- the required
time will of course vary. Anyway, thanks for clarifying me.

I think one of the goals is to make the SPF website multi-lingual, so
people who can help translate the web pages is also important.

True, but that isn't directly a task of the webmaster. In a month or so,
when the _new_ website is up and running, I plan on setting up a trans-
lation team.
