and 2181. Last time I looked there were many domains in the bogusmx
zone that show a dot instead of a hostname in a MX RR.
If they did that (published NULL MX) on purpose, it is having the intended
effect of telling the world not to accept email from that domain.
The SPF question is whether encountering a NULL MX should result in the
MX mechanism not matching, or a permerror.
