We can change appendix A,
explanation = "exp" "=" domain-spec
into
explanation = "exp" "=" [ domain-spec ]
to match the current protocol as defined, or we can modify large part
of section 6.2, as well as the protocol as defined today.
Frankly, I couldn't care less about which it is going to be.
