grammar.
About "exp", _all_ drafts said:

So it probably can even be said that the fact that domain-spec could be
empty was considered a bug starting with draft-schlitt-spf-classic-00,
which required it to end in a non-empty domain-end.
And finally, here's an analogy: Should "v=spf1 exp=-all" (essentially a
missing space) be considered a Neutral instead of a PermError?
