I am sure of that!  I tried to explain a routing problem and it took months
to get someone that could understand the problem!  My packets from my house
in Baltimore to work (40 miles) were routing to Texas and California before
getting to the office!  OMG!  Oh, and the person said he can't help!  Blamed
it on the other ISP.  The other ISP blamed it on Comcast.  They would not
talk to each other.

I will expand my ranges using Rene's info.  Maybe I can start to use -all.
