If tightening up the semanatics of multipart/mixed to say that the
parts contained inside are simply a collection of independent things to be
handled in whatever fahsion is appropriate, then I'm all for making such a
change.
Yes, this change makes sense to me, but this is also what I interpret
`multipart/parallel' to mean. Seems that one of the two should be
scrapped, but I wouldn't mind if both meant ``here's a set of message
parts'', and left it at that.
