I want to second your suggestion for a quoted-printable-generating "style
guide". (I would rather not call it a profile, since the issue is not
subsetting functions, but rather recommending a way of using the regular
stuff.)
At base, quoted-printable is supposed to be used for text-like stuff. As
such, it should be pleasantly formatted.
