Re: quoted-phrase in content-disposition header

Ned,
wouldn't the use of content-disposition require the X.400 gateway
to take a position on the use of inline vs attachment presentation
of the FTBP body part?

This may sound contrived, but I can easily think of people sending off
a MS-Word document as the *only* body part of their mail, in which case
a default of "attachment" might not be what they want.

I think I would like a separate header for it better; it is orthogonal.
