Refolding a field is ok as long as you know the sematics of it. Ie. you 
can and should refold Subject or Organization header fields, but assume 
a MUA doesn't know the Content-Features (rfc2912) field. Then it will 
interpret it as unstructured as it shoud, but it should probably _not_ 
try to refold.
