I prefer the meta-information model for all headers.
OTOH, fields like Subject are explicitly defines as "unstructured".
My personal preference is that displaying agents should leave the received
folding alone if it will fit into whatever windows it is using, just in
case it retains some useful structuring put there by the author.
Generally speaking, Gatesian User Agents that try to be "smart" do more
harm than good :-( .
