All in all, Peter Resnick's full address appears 22 times in that
document. It shouldn't require any rocket science to include it once, with
suitable pointers when required.
actually I'd say that for standards-track documents (for which change
control rests with IETF) then the "change controller" should be IETF,
not the author of the latest document that specified that field.
