I agree ... that was (at some point) my intent, but I seem to have
forgotten that bit.
Well if you look at draft-klyne-msghdr-registry-05.txt, which will be an
RFC very soon if the IESG are willing, you will see that the Change
Controller must be the IETF for standards track stuff. So the point is
already covered.
Any suggestions for an email address to use. (I think I currently use
iesg(_at_)iesg(_dot_)org in some places.)
Does one actually need to include 1 for such an obvious case?
