Ah, forgot about that... I guess you have to handle complaints. Sorry.
Not just complaints. When your queues fill up due to massive spam runs and
you can't even get your legitimate mail out because it's swamped by all
the spam, then someone has to go in and manually free up the queues.
This happens a *lot* to us.
