I don't know that I'd say "most" because I don't have the data, but I
wouldn't be surprised. Either that or there's some other explanation
Looking at a sample of 100,000 relatively recent pieces of spam, 39%
came through servers outside of the U.S..

I'm not sure which upsets me more: that people are so unwilling to accept
