People are always resistant to change but the ASRG will recommend
changes, it is eneviatable. Unfortunatly, the Internet is no longer the
nice free playground for researchers that it used to be.
HOWEVER, what we are seeking to do is to make the least possible changes
at the most maximum benefit. Therefore, we are seeking where the
Internet can be changed or adjusted in order to obtain maximum benefit.
