Yes. Note that years ago I created GTUBE for this exact problem for
content filters. Unfortunately to this day I think only SpamAssassin
(and MessageLabs filters) detects it:

Yup, GTUBE is perfect for content filters, but I'd be nervous about
putting it into a DNS query, as some of the characters are unfriendly
to naive stub resolvers.
Yeah sorry I wasn't clear - I wasn't recommend it for use as a DNSBL
test.
I like John's suggestion of dnsbl.test.
+1, me too fwiw.
(although content filters would have to be modified to recognise URLs in
the .test TLD, if it's suitable for use for that purpose -- SpamAssassin
doesn't, at least...)
