Thanks for the summary! Does the draft standard include formatting of
the aggregate reports?
No, they're human readable rather than being intended for automatic
consumption, and not always sent via email. SNDS, at least, allows
export of the raw data to CSV for further processing (and that seems
like exactly the right thing to do, to me).
