No, but if you'd like to set up a reputation system subgroup, that
would be fine.
Rather than a reputation system subgroup, something more along the line
of a legitimate senders clearing-house system which establishes
postmaster contacts, and tracks repeated feedback from vetted sources.
It also seems that tracking and reporting a few other metrics not
related to what is and is not spam, but rather levels of feedback,
levels of repeated feedback, purported traffic volumes, and purported
message categories, associated hostnames and signatures, would also be
useful.
When moving to IPv6, only a system based upon who is legitimate can
scale. This approach might help mitigate claims of bias. If this
flies, then a labeling system could go with it. :^)
