It was of course not the intent. Having worked on IETF specs. where
everyone lost interest and went home before an RFC issued, I find
the level of activity here very encouraging (if somewhat time
consuming;-). My note was, as I said, for the record, in case
there's someone on the list who's not familiar with the process.
