Yes. There was no plausible or coherent argument against this check.
If receivers do this anyway they have a result in their cache, fine.
I'd like to see a WG ADSP draft without the old "parent domain" magic,
after that a PubReq, and maybe some fine tuning for Authentication-
Results if necessary.
