I do not believe that focusing exclusively on public key retrieval
from dns is appropriate without giving considerations to other
possible alternatives. I do not support current proposed charter text
(but I did charter text that was proposed several months ago).

and it states that the working group output will be standards-track.
Both changes are in the first paragraph of the Description.
Unless there is a resounding outcry against this latest draft of the text, that
is what will be discussed at the Paris meeting.
