Yakov,

In the interest of accuracy:
A systems-level analysis of the requirements for administering and
performing an MTA registration scheme, like SPF, versus an author
signature scheme, like DomainKeys, will show that they are very nearly
identical.
Well, actually, the administrative burden imposed by SPF is much higher,
for mobile users and users who employ third-party services (like
greeting card and kiosks).
YS> The same applied for bounce addresses today :) As Phil mentioned
YS> somewhere else if you give enough usefulness to it, the rDNS situtation

When there is a solid track record of something happening (or not
happening) it is dangerous to make decisions that rely on that record
changing.
