Considering that there is no patent claim against the -submitter draft,
I find this really hard to believe. If you believe this, then you
might as well believe that checking MAIL FROM against a DNS record is
covered by their claims.
Submitter information is not within a specific header. Safe use of the
Submitter parameter requires the assertion affirmed (by way of the PRA
algorithm).
