This is a fallacy of false choice. Its the equivalent of asking if you've
stopped beating your wife yet. The question seems to permit two choices
(yes, you have, and implies you did before; or no, you haven't yet stopped
beating your wife)  Its a fallacy because there are additional
possibilities.

The false choice here is that if we don't approve SPF, we choose to permit
people you've never heard of send messages using your mailbox address.  
There is no such choice: SPF doesn't prevent anyone from doing that.

Lets try non-fallacy arguments.
