A suggestion I have, that would dovetail nicely with Google's and
Yahoo's plans of getting deployment experience and iterating based on
it, would be to essentially solicit full-scale proposals from
individuals or teams of individuals, and using those as a base. This
was something that did not happen in the TLS WG but I thought made a
good amount of sense.
We could discuss a wide range of ideas[0], and set a date (perhaps
IETF 94 in November?) to present all the proposals. It doesn't have to
be a complete textual proposal but a complete outline makes people
think through what they want and how to get there - that can be
greatly beneficial.

them up into a less threaded summary
