Thank you Alex to add/correct first part lines.

My own position is
- ICAP 25
- OCPTRAN 50
- BEEP 25

because of a different aspect: the maintenance over time. To remind that we 
do not have only to consider the protocol now, but also its evolution as 
OEPS is a new field and new needs will probably add. I am ready to review 
that.
Feel free to give and change your own evaluation as the debate evolves.
