I would love to see a closure soon; this issue is stalling OCP
progress. Should everybody vote with, say, 100 "shares" that one can
allocate in any proportion among the three known candidates (ICAP/1.1,
OCP/OCPTRAN aka ICAP/2.0, OCP/BEEP)? We can total the results by
Monday and see if there is a clear winner. We can then try to
reach/confirm the consensus based on the result.
This looks like a unique opportunity for the working group chairs to
step up and lead us to a closure :-).
