Hey, I never said the list was accurate. :-|
Early on there were several dynamic block lists, but eventually they all
gave up except for MAPS. It's just way too labor intensive to maintain.
The ISPs are constantly moving things around, and most really aren't
interested in giving third parties up-to-date information where their
allocation ranges are. As a result, the main source for corrections on
that kind of list are end user complaints.
