So we add "and/or IESG" to the list of IETF/IRTF organs who might

After 6 months and no re-issue an I-D can be considered to be
of no interest to WGs or the IESG. That's all the warning
about 'validity' needs to convey to interested parties
who may be perusing a real or hypothetical archive of I-Ds.
