I encourage IETF visiting cold climates during the local winter
and hot steamy climates during local summer. For example,
next time we do Oslo or Stockholm, maybe we could do so in winter.
I did think that the percentage of attendees who seemed
genuinely interested and engaged in technical discussion during
WG meetings was much higher than in San Diego. Also, I was able
to attend WG meetings that I tried to attend in Minneapolis,
whereas I got into zero of the WG meetings I tried to attend
in San Diego.
