Would it be possible to somehow flag messages as "valid" or "bogus"

Spamassassin has the capability of (optionally) adding a header
"X-Spam-Level: " followed by a count of star which matches the spam
score calculated by spamassassin. This makes it easy to filter, at an
integer level, - if you want to filter at all. Set your mail program
to match and throw away whatever is at your tolerance level:
maybe X-Spam-Level: ***
or X-Spam-Level: ******
or X-Spam-Level: *********
(if your tolerance is really high).
Anything above that level will also match and be thrown away.
