Adding a new tool/process is absurd. If you have a solution that
actually works for everyone without adding much to their time burden,
test it, demonstrate it with your own materials, etc.
Are there really presentation programs so lame that they can't export
PDFs?
If so, loop back to the beginning of this dicussion in which people
refuse to update decade old software.
Even if there are, there are open source tools that install themselves as
printer drivers on Windows which generate PDFs. The application itself doesn't
need PDF support.
