How about implementation reports that are done by the chairs or one chair?
Content has to come from a mix of implementers.
Implementation reports are certainly worth doing—they're absolutely the best
form of review for basic completeness of a specification, although they don't
catch cross-area issues, and can give people a false sense of confidence that
what they have is the right solution. But I don't see how they would play
into the problem of reducing AD workload.
