I share this concern. Sometimes discussions get...toasty...but that's
the nature of debateXXXXXXargument among smart people with strong opinions.
I think it's a good thing: I think it helps us collectively arrive at
good decisions because the give-and-take tends to weed out the bad ones.
And I don't want to see it truncated by a bogus claim of harrassment
made by someone who's on the losing side and looking for a trump card.
That said, I second Warren's "Ok. Fair." response to Melinda ("You kick
the problem over to your (trained) ombudsman") because I think it'd be
pretty easy for the ombudsman to distinguish between minor flamage and
actual harrassment.
Also, I second the recommendation (downthread) to have counsel review
this if that hasn't already been done.
Overall: +1, and I hope we never (or rarely) have to use this.
