Street cred that can be purchased with "gee-whiz and flashy" is street cred I
don't want. (My own reaction to such is generally to downgrade my opinion of
the organization behind the site, though I'm sure you can find as many
reactions as you can individuals.)
I agree with Brian's long note of March 17, with the sole exception of not
completely accepting that there's nothing to be improved in the site's

Why? What is hard to navigate at the moment? I am very suspicious of this;
The landing page is pretty busy. However I do go back to agreeing with the very
next line:
I've almost never experienced a website revamp that made navigation *easier*;
i.e. just because I think it *could* be improved doesn't mean I have any
confidence it *will* be :-(
