It took me a while to find it. For some reason, it’s documented in the chairs
wiki. Look at http://wiki.tools.ietf.org/group/wgchairs/ and search for
"Useful Email Addresses”.

(if there is none then that should be an alias of
draftname(_dot_)all(_at_)ietf(_dot_)org).
I see the tracker has some of these mailto links as well. Maybe I'll
