Hi,

For instance, I was blissfully unaware of this mailing list and that
nmh was ever under active development until a few years ago, and I
suspect that there are quite a few others out there who are still in
this position.

Consisdering very long-term users, and new users, nmh(7) says, right at
the very end,

    BUGS
If problems are encountered with an nmh program, the problems
should be reported to the local maintainers of nmh. When doing
this, the name of the program should be reported, along with the
        version information for the program.

To find out what version of an nmh program is being run, invoke
the program with the -version switch. This prints the version
of nmh, the host it was compiled on, and the date the program
        was linked.

Send bug reports and suggestions to nmh-workers(_at_)nongnu(_dot_)org.

Should the mailing list be mentioned as a community earlier in the page,
e.g. for questions? The first paragraph above may put folks off
approaching us, and it's not as if we're drowning in support emails.

Should http://www.nongnu.org/nmh/ get a mention, again nearer the
beginning of the page for those that don't make it through to the end?

Is it worth having an mh man page (or did it used to be MH?) that either
explains the transition, or is simply another name for nmh(7).
